The tennis match is over when match point is scored. You either win or lose. You don’t want to lose but sometimes you do.
There is a match point in life and losing is not an option because what is at stake is eternity. And unlike the option of losing, which you don’t want to consider, winning is guaranteed if we choose it. How? Choose life, choose God’s blessings:
“I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses…” (Deuteronomy 30:19)
The choice is one of faith, trust, belief, and surrender.
